"I purchased a used 2012 victory cross roads LE from a gentleman who originally got this beauty of a bike from this dealer. All the service was done at this dealer and taken care of extremely well. Although I did not get this bike directly from here I can see it was well maintained, and correctly serviced. I called Klimmek to inquire about having the bike looked over and make sure everything was correct on the bike and that the normal noise I was hearing on the bike, was actually, normal. I spoke with an individual on the phone who Reassured me the noise I was hearing were normal. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and respectful about questions I had. Although he was built and couldn’t get me in he let me know everything I was experiencing was normal operation. I understand why Klimmek is busy, they take care of their customers and the strangers who call. Thank you Klemmek for answering my questions and making me feel like a valued customer. I can’t wait to actually get in and have them look at my bike!"
